Controls enable/disable of wake-up source from LPCMP

0 (Val_0x0): Disable wake-up source

1 (Val_0x1): Enable wake-up source
BROWN_OUT

Controls enable/disable of wake-up source from Brown-Out Detect (Falling Edge). This register bit is also used to clear the wake-up source by SE CPU.

0 (Val_0x0): Disable and Clear wake-up source

1 (Val_0x1): Enable wake-up source
LPTIMER

Each bit controls enable/disable of a wake-up source from LPTIMER

0 (Val_0x0): Disable wake-up source
